Is offshoring a good strategy?

Organizations receive several offshoring benefits when they relocate their operations to overseas locations. Offshoring will make a healthy business practice for business owners if their offshore employees can do the same work as their counterparts from the home country for much lower labor costs. However, offshoring comes with its own disadvantages, too. The decision rests entirely on the company on whether offshoring would be a good strategy for their type of business or not.
